Announcement of a competition to fill the vacant position of the leading marketing manager of the Marketing and Commercial Activities Department of the West Kazakhstan region branch of the Enterprise

The RSE at the National Center of Expertise of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Control Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the Enterprise) announces a competition for the vacant position of the leading marketing manager of the Marketing and Commercial Activities Department of the West Kazakhstan region branch of the Enterprise.

The subject of the Company's activity is the implementation of activities in the field of healthcare.

The purpose of the Enterprise is to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population.

Qualification requirements for the vacant position of the leading marketing manager of the Marketing and Commercial Activities Department of the West Kazakhstan region branch of the Enterprise:

Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan with higher economic, medical, sanitary and hygienic education, or legal professional, or additional education in the field of marketing services can take part in the competition to fill the vacant position of the leading marketing manager of the marketing and commercial activities department of the West Kazakhstan region branch of the Enterprise.

To professional knowledge: knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On combating Corruption", "On public Procurement", "On languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan", regulatory legal acts on health issues, regulating issues in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare.

Job responsibilities of the leading marketing manager of the marketing and commercial activities department:

1.1. Conducts research in the field of organization of Enterprise services, commercial activities aimed at meeting the needs of real and potential consumers of the market;

1.2. Analyzes the indicators of the provision of services of the branch of the Enterprise. Studies and analyzes the market of consumers, competitors for the services of a branch of the Enterprise;

1.3. Analyzes the competitiveness of prices and makes proposals to change the price list of the branch of the Enterprise;

1.4. Participates in the development of new types of services, improving the level of technology, material and technical equipment and their effective use;

1.5. Predicts changes in factors affecting the terms of service;

1.6. Coordinates the activities of the Company's branch to increase the customer base;

1.7. Carries out work to attract customers through telephone conversations, correspondence, meetings and other means of communication;

1.8. Examines the work of the employees of the branch of the Enterprise in order to improve the quality of customer service and the possibility of adjusting the work;

1.9. Controls the elimination of deficiencies received from customers, organizes and controls the provision of responses to complaints and suggestions from customers regarding the quality of services and the timing of their implementation;

1.10. Collects, processes, analyzes and systematizes economic information that affects the income of a branch of the Enterprise;

1.11. To form a marketing information system for tracking, analyzing and storing data;

1.12. Provides promotion of the company's services through various marketing tools;

1.13. Analyzes the effectiveness of the advertising activities of the Branch of the Enterprise;

1.14. Develops advertising texts, booklets, stands, posters, banners, signs, videos and other advertising products;

1.15. Establishes and maintains contacts with advertising agencies, publishers and other organizations;

A citizen who has expressed a desire to participate in the competition submits the following documents on purpose or sends them by courier:

1) application for participation in the competition with the list of attached documents;

2) a copy of the identity document;

3) a completed personal personnel record sheet (indicating the address of the actual place of residence and contact phone numbers) with a photo;

4) notarized copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;

5) a copy of the document confirming employment;

6) a certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime (issued by the Office of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

The absence of one of these documents is the basis for refusal to accept documents from the participant of the competition. In case of receipt of documents by courier mail, they are not subject to return.

The participant of the competition, if available, provides additional information concerning his education, work experience, professional level (copies of documents on advanced training, awarding academic degrees and titles, scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work).

The competition consists of the following stages:

1) qualification assessment;

2) testing;

3) conducting an interview;

4) summing up the results of the competition;

5) appointment to the position of the leading marketing manager of the marketing and commercial activities department of the branch, representative office of the Enterprise in coordination with the authorized body of the relevant industry.

The order of the competition is regulated by the Rules of competitive replacement of vacant positions of employees of the Enterprise, approved by the order of the General Director of the Enterprise dated 31.10.2017 No. 369 (posted on the Company's website).

Documents are accepted on working days from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00 at the address: Uralsk, N.Nazarbayev Ave., 191/4, office 4.
