Announcement of a competition to fill the vacant position of the head of the Aitekebiy district branch of the branch in the Aktobe region

The subject of the Company's activity is the implementation of activities in the field of healthcare.

The purpose of the Enterprise is to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population.

Qualification requirements for vacant positions heada Aitekebiysky district departmentI in Aktobe region:

Higher medical education in the field of sanitary and epidemiological service, first/highest qualification category in the specialty "Health organization" ("Public health", "Health Management").

Work experience in senior positions in the healthcare sector for at least 3 years.

Professional knowledge requirements: knowledge of the Constitution; Of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Health of the people and the healthcare system", the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption", "On languages in the Republic Kazakhstan", normative legal acts within the competence, theoretical foundations of social hygiene and health care organization, theoretical and organizational foundations of medical and preventive and sanitary-epidemiological services, population health statistics, criteria and indicators of health care, market conditions of medical services, scientific achievements of domestic and foreign medicine, the organization of social and medical rehabilitation of patients, labor legislation, rules and regulations of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation and fire safety.

Job responsibilities. Manages the structural unit. Organizes the work and effective interaction with the structural units of the authority in terms of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population. Is responsible for the decisions taken, the safety and effective use of property. Defines the policy, the strategy of the activity and the mechanism of its implementation. Takes measures to provide qualified personnel, the rational use of their professional knowledge and experience, the creation of safe and healthy conditions for their life and work, the formation of a favorable psychological atmosphere in the team. Ensures the introduction of new and improvement of existing methods of laboratory activities, improving the quality and competitiveness of services provided, their compliance with state standards. Organizes work on the study and assessment of sanitary and epidemiological situations, determines priority factors of adverse effects on human health, its habitat. Takes effective measures to promote improvement in the sanitary and epidemiological situation. Organizes operational and laboratory-instrumental control over the conduct of hygienic and anti-epidemic measures, compliance with sanitary rules, norms and hygienic standards within the competence. Provides work on professional development of medical personnel, development of their professional knowledge. Analyzes the activities of the structural unit and, based on the assessment of its performance indicators, takes the necessary measures to improve the forms and methods of work in the field. Ensures compliance with the requirements of internal labor regulations, compliance with medical ethics, fire safety and safety regulations, sanitary and epidemiological regime.

Citizens who have expressed a desire to participate in the competition submit the following documents:

1) application for participation in the competition with the list of attached documents;

2) a copy of the identity document;

3) a completed personal personnel record sheet (indicating the address of the actual place of residence and contact phone numbers) with a photo;

4) notarized copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;

5) a copy of the document confirming employment;

6) a certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime (issued by the Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan). The absence of one of these documents is the basis for refusal to accept documents from the participant of the competition. In case of receipt of documents by mail, they are not subject to return.

The participant of the competition, if available, provides additional information concerning his education, work experience, professional level (copies of documents on advanced training, awarding academic degrees and titles, scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work).

The competition consists of the following stages:

1) qualification assessment;

2) testing;

3) conducting an interview;

4) summing up the results of the competition;

5) appointment to the position of the head of the branch office, representative office of the Enterprise in coordination with the authorized body of the relevant industry.

The order of the competition is regulated by the Rules of competitive replacement of vacant positions of employees of the Enterprise, approved by the order of the General Director of the Enterprise dated 31.10.2017, No. 369 (posted on the Company's website).

Documents are accepted on working days from 08.30 to 12.30 and from 14.00 to 18.00 at the address: Aktobe city,  ul.Aktyubinskaya 47/1.
